Trendy Spark Wear Shipping Policy

At Trendy Spark Wear, we’re dedicated to delivering your custom “You Are Enough” unisex tees and sweatshirts with care and efficiency. Our print-on-demand process ensures sustainability by crafting each order just for you. Below are the details of our shipping policy.

1. Shipping Destinations
We ship to Canada and the United States.

2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after order confirmation. As our products are made on demand, this time allows us to print and prepare your order with the highest quality.

3. Shipping Time  
Average Delivery: Once processed, shipping typically takes 3-10 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.  

Delays: While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to carrier issues or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method. You’ll see the exact cost before completing your purchase.

5. Accurate Shipping Information  
Please provide accurate shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or undelivered items due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.  

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend it.

6. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if available). Contact us at trendysparkwear@gmail.com if you don’t receive this within 3 business days of your order.

7. Taxes and Duties
No customs fees, duties, or additional taxes apply for shipments within Canada or the United States, as we ship domestically to both regions. All applicable taxes are included in the price or calculated at checkout.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments  
Lost Shipments: If your order is lost in transit, contact us at trendysparkwear@gmail.com with your order number. We’ll investigate and, if confirmed, provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.  

Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, follow our Return Policy by contacting us within 14 days of receipt with photos and details. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund if eligible.
