Trendy Spark Wear ("we," "us," or "our") operates an online store offering custom-printed unisex apparel, including short-sleeve tees, long-sleeve tees, and sweatshirts, under the “You Are Enough” theme. These Terms govern your use of our website, purchases, and interactions with our services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, with changes effective upon posting on our website.
2. Eligibility
To use our website or make a purchase, you must be at least 19 (the age of majority in Ontario, Canada) or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Orders and Payments
Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to our approval. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.
Print-on-Demand: Our products are made to order to promote sustainability. Each item is custom-printed upon purchase, which may affect delivery times.
Pricing: Prices are listed in CAD for Canada and USD for the USA, excluding taxes or shipping fees unless stated. We may change prices without notice, but the price at checkout will apply to your order.
Payment: We accept payments via credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge the total amount, including taxes and shipping.
Order Confirmation: Upon successful payment, you’ll receive an order confirmation via email. Contact us at trendysparkwear@gmail.com if you don’t receive it within 24 hours.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to Canada and the USA. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
Delays may occur due to our print-on-demand process, carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for undelivered items due to incorrect addresses.
5. Returns and Refunds
Our return policy is strict due to our sustainable print-on-demand model:
No Returns for Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items (e.g., wrong size, design, or product). Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with tags, and in original packaging.
Return Process: Contact trendysparkwear@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt with your order number, issue details, and proof (e.g., photos). If approved, return the item within 14 days of approval. You cover return shipping unless the error is ours. We’ll issue a replacement or refund within 7 business days of receiving the item.

6. Charitable Contributions
A portion of every sale supports mental health charities. We select reputable organizations and may change beneficiaries without notice. Contribution amounts are at our discretion and not itemized on purchases.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including designs, logos, and text, is owned by Trendy Spark Wear or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use related to your purchase.
