1. What is Trendy Spark Wear’s mission?
We empower self-worth through sustainable, custom unisex tees and sweatshirts featuring “You Are Enough” messages. Inspired by our founder Laura’s mental health journey after losing her parents to complex and rare, untreatable diseases (Progressive Supranuclear Palsy for her mother), we donate a portion of every sale to mental health charities.
2. What products do you offer?
Our collection includes unisex short-sleeve tees, long-sleeve tees, and sweatshirts, all sustainably printed on demand. You can customize sweatshirts with a 5-7 word personal spark message. More to come!
3. How do I customize a sweatshirt?
Add your 5-7 word spark message in the “Custom Order Instructions” field in Your Cart. We’ll send a proof for your approval within 24-48 hours. Once approved, your order will be printed and shipped.
4. Where do you ship, and how long does it take?
We ship to Canada and the USA. Orders are processed in 1-2 business days, with shipping taking 3-10 business days on average. See our Shipping Policy for details.
5. How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method. No additional customs fees or duties apply for Canada or USA shipments.
6. What is your return policy?
Due to our print-on-demand model, we don’t accept returns for change of mind. Returns are allowed only for damaged or incorrect items, which must be unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in original packaging. Contact us within 14 days of receipt at trendysparkwear@gmail.com. 7. How do you support mental health charities?
A portion of every sale goes to reputable mental health charities. We select organizations at our discretion and may change beneficiaries without notice. Contributions are not itemized on purchases. Learn More Here
8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Prices are listed in CAD for Canada and USD for the USA, with taxes calculated at checkout.
9. Why are your products made on demand?
Our print-on-demand process reduces waste and supports sustainability, ensuring each item is crafted specifically for you. This may slightly extend processing times but aligns with our eco-conscious values.
10. How do I care for my apparel?
Follow the care instructions provided with your order (typically machine wash cold, tumble dry low) to maintain quality. We’re not liable for damage due to improper care.
11. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available). If you don’t receive it within 3 business days, email us at trendysparkwear@gmail.com.
12. Who is Laura, and what inspired the brand?
Laura, our founder, created Trendy Spark Wear after enduring the emotional and physical tolls of hospice caregiving for her parents, who passed from a complex medical condition (father) and rare, untreatable Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (mother). Her mental health struggles fueled our mission to spread hope and resilience.
